Account and domain data is stored in our database on a cloud hosting provider. Email warmup activity is retained for the duration of your subscription and 30 days after account deletion.

4. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to maintain your logged-in state. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe handles payment processing. Card details are never stored by ColdForge.

Email providers we send email on your behalf through connected sending domains.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@egbe.app. We respond within 30 days.
