ColdForge provides automated email domain warmup services. The Service monitors and improves email deliverability for connected sending domains.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited commercial email, violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorized access.
Fees for paid plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
